b. Account Ownership

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as your PCXFX trading account. We do not accept third-party payments under any circumstances.

c. Processing Time

Deposits are typically processed within:
Instant to 2 hours for card and e-wallet transactions
1–5 business days for international bank transfers
1–2 business days for local transfers, depending on the provider

d. Fees

PCXFX does not charge internal deposit fees. However, external processing fees or intermediary bank charges may apply.

2. Withdrawing Funds

a. Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be made via the same method used to fund your account, wherever possible. If the original method is unavailable, PCXFX will use an alternative method at its discretion.

b. Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

c. Conditions for Withdrawal

The trading account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
Funds must be available in the account balance (not locked in open positions).
PCXFX reserves the right to request additional documents before processing large or unusual withdrawals.
The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the current account balance. In the event of a floating balance, the maximum permissible withdrawal is restricted to 50%.

d. Withdrawal Fees

PCXFX does not charge internal withdrawal fees. However, external fees may be charged by the receiving bank or payment provider.

3. Currency and Conversion

Deposits and withdrawals are processed in the base currency of your trading account. If your deposit or withdrawal is in a different currency, conversion will be done at the prevailing market rate, and conversion charges may apply.
